The origin of it all. This was where all the Oculi were "born", raised and educated. At this point it's mostly rubble due to the heavy shelling it received, but some structure remains which can provide adequate shelter. A lot of Oculi often meet here since they were taught this was a safe place. Unfortunately, it is also where a lot of humans prey...
Other than a bit of shelter, there is really nothing else here. Everything was destroyed in the bombing.
